SHIPPING

All orders above a certain amount, indicated on the product pages, include free shipping* and all prices are including VAT.

For security reasons, no orders with a Post Office Box address/number will be processed.

Unless otherwise indicated, shipments are sent via FedEx.

Unless otherwise indicated, you can expect to receive your order within 3-7 business days when we have the item in stock. As Strand by Obaku cannot guarantee local delivery conditions, Strand by Obaku cannot provide a guaranteed delivery time at the customer/recipient address.

In case the desired product is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will contact you by e-mail to make arrangements and provide you with an estimated delivery date.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an e-mail with a link to your shipment information on the FedEx website, your PayPal Transaction ID and your order number. For items not part of the free shipping* offer you will receive a confirmation that the item was sent with your chosen shipping option.

IMPORT DUTY AND VAT
The prices payable for watches on Strandtime.com may be subject to local customs charges, duties or taxes payable for import of the watches into the territory to which the watches are to be delivered. Any such duties or taxes will be paid by Strand by Obaku. This means, that unless otherwise specified, the price you see for a watch includes all shipping charges when applicable and any local duties or taxes. All prices payable for watches on strandtime.com above a certain price are including shipping unless otherwise specified.


Returns & Exchanges

It is important that all customers inspect their goods/products upon receipt. This is to ensure all purchased items are undamaged and have no signs of being defective. Strand by Obaku accepts returns of unused and undamaged merchandise for up to 14 days from the day of receipt. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original delivery note, is required for a full refund. In all cases, unless otherwise agreed, refunds will be made to the card used for the original payment.

When returning your purchase, you are liable and responsible to arrange and pay for the return shipment. In order to prevent loss or damage during shipping, remember to duly insure your return. Strand by Obaku will not be liable for any damaged or loss, which occurs during the return. 

Purchases made through Strand by Obaku’s Online Store cannot be returned to any Strand by Obaku retail store, authorized reseller, or stockist. All returns must be sent back to their respective returns address. See below for your region’s return address:

All products must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of the return.

If you choose to return a purchase, you must return the item(s) in the same condition and quantity as when you received them. Packaging is part of the product’s value and a return is considered incomplete if it’s missing upon receipt. You are liable for ensuring that the return goods are packaged safely and securely with good amounts of cushioning to prevent any damage that might occur during shipping. When returning any product, make sure to attach your order number, which can be found on your order confirmation.

Strand by Obaku will assess whether the returned goods are in perfect, unused condition. Thereafter, we will issue a refund within 30 days. Refunds are transferred to the payment card with which the purchase was made.

If the goods are not in perfect condition and/or have signs of wear, we will contact you and offer a reduced refund. Alternatively, we can arrange to send the item back. If we have no response within 14 days after receipt, the goods will be returned to the sender’s address.

Exchanges

Goods can be exchanged up to 30 days from the day following receipt. To arrange an exchange, please get in touch using the above contact details. Note, in case of a price difference between a received and exchange item, we will contact you to settle the outstanding/refund the difference.

In order to successfully complete an exchange, we require the goods to be packed according to the above instructions. Terms and conditions apply.

When the exchange unit is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details alongside with your transaction ID and order number.

Missing Delivery

If a delivery fails due to wrong delivery details provided by the purchaser and the incorrect information is not rectified upon contact from the courier company, or delivery fails by any other fault of the purchaser, all costs related to the attempted delivery will be billed to the purchaser. This includes any costs related to freight, returns and/or taxes and duties.
